Conceived to accomodate 8 to 10 people, this pretty house has all essential comfort for a pleasant stay.
On a closed ground of 1500 m2, the garden offers a unspoilable view on the loop of the Marne and the ponds of Russelet.

For your walks with foot or in the bicycle, you will be able accèder on ways of great excursions (GR11 & GR14)

TO EAT AND SLEEP

You will have 4 rooms: one with rez-of roadway with 2 individual beds and 3 with the stage including one with a double bed and the 2 others with 3 individual beds. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a bath-tub and a wash-hand basin. A lava linen is integrated there.
On the floor a room of water with shower and WC.
The living room and the dining room give on a vast terrace.
In the village of Sâacy, to 2 km you will find tradesmen for your provisioning.

A KITCHEN TO BE LIVED

All is envisaged in the kitchen to have meals without concern. A vast scheme of work, a double sink, an electric furnace and a dishwasher.
A master key dishes gives direct access to the dining room.
By good weather, possibility of eating on the terrace or in the garden.

It is built with blank of hill above the valley of the Marne. Balcony, one can see the Marne which runs out slowly in lower part of the Champagne vineyard of Aisne.

TO SLEEP

You will have 4 beds, a double bed of 160 retractable to leave more place in the course of the day and 2 beds of a person which them also can become comfortable armchairs.

The bathroom is vast and includes a shower, toilets and a washing machine.
